Redevelopment of a vacant lot as a new seven-story community center with two below grade cellar levels. Vektor provided soil disposal support, oversight of remediation, preparation of Noise Remedial Action Plan and final Remedial Action Report.

NYS Spills and E-Designation/Voluntary Cleanup Program
Redevelopment of a light industrial site to a new six-story mixed use building. Vektor provided soil disposal support, engineering controls design including a vapor barrier system and sub-slab depressurization system, oversight of remediation, start-up of the remediation system and reporting. Vektor also coordinated with the NYSDEC in order to address the spill incident on the property due to former underground storage tanks.

Scope of work included preparation of reports for review and approval of the NYCOER, NYSDEC and NYCDOH, implementation of site assessment, soil disposal support and oversight of remediation.
